B. For Collectors & Sovereign Patrons:

  • Identity & Delivery Information: Full name, billing address, primary vault/delivery address, email address, and contact phone number.
  • Transactional & Shipping Data: Order histories, courier tracking logs, delivery signatures, and 48-hour escrow inspection timestamp logs.
  • VIP Patron Preferences: Selections regarding 24-hour VIP early access drops, private off-market studio viewings, and invitations to Canvas Monarch’s physical gallery exhibitions.

2. How We Use Your Information & Consent

  • Escrow & Order Fulfillment: Facilitating secure nodal escrow holding, courier dispatch notifications, and payout settlements.

  • Hardware NFC & COA Registration: Pairing physical silicon NFC frame tags and digital Certificates of Authenticity with official ownership records.
  • VIP Patron Communications: Delivering exclusive 24-hour pre-catalog drop alerts, private off-market invitations, and physical gallery exhibition passes (for patrons who opt in).

  • Identity Protection: Artist identification and passport records are stored in encrypted vaults accessible strictly by authorized compliance officers. Canvas Monarch never sells, rents, or publicly discloses artist identity records or collector personal data.
